With each challenge that hits, Obama tends to lead with yet another brain based tactic, and together these leader strengths fueled  his recent race for presidency. Do you capitalize on your mental tools to take you to the peaks when problems arise at work?

 

 Here are 10 tactics that illuminate Obama’s brain based leadership:

obama did a wonderful job. what i like about him is that he is a down to earth person.

Obama has the great ability to come across to people as very capable. If there is a problem he will definitely address with tenacity.

The new US President is naturally a good leader. Humility with direction and flexible.

He will go down in history as a great President.

The European's at the G20 seem to warm to him.

Perhaps this guy will one of the great Presidents.

I believe that he is going to make a great and positive change for this country and others.

I don't think this is the change America was expecting. Runaway unemployment. Runaway deficits. Worst economy since the great depression. Things have only gotten worse since Mr. Obama was elected, up to now anyway.

I don't think this is about approval or disapproval of Obama's Presidency. It is about learning from his leadership ability. Whether you like him or not he is a very talented leader. It would behoove us to learn his 10 tactics. If you want to lead the opposition, use the tactics that worked.
