Scowl on the way into the office today? If so, you’re already on your way to becoming a crank tomorrow. The opposite is also true. Laugh and you’ll likely find yourself laughing more during the week.
Due to the brain’s constant wiring and rewiring and unwiring, people lite
rally become what they do. Notice I did say you’ll become what you think … because it’s all about action.
This mental rewiring works for and against any organization.
Greet the delivery guy… vent about low wages … or simply solve problems to move a project forward. What you do works for or against you in ways science is recently showing. Practices as straightforward as these shape the brain’s neuron connections … making it one step easier to repeat them. How so?
Do one act toward getting ahead and your brain circuitry exercises for more of the same. It’s how successful people build successful firms … and this pattern is designed to work for you in the same way.
On the other hand … it takes deliberate action to reconnect dendrite brain cells and thereby become that person you’d like others to see in you. Imagine its impact on a workplace.
Based on this concept of doing more of what you hope to become … are you also beginning to see why more and more workers around you hit the dust? What's been your observation?

My life experience so far is that it's far easier for me to act myself into believing than it is to believe myself into acting.
