12. encouragement does more than criticism to nurture people at all achievement levels … then you will want to create a caring culture where participants sense a positive response to their ideas and where all expect to achieve excellence.
13. diversity can help all leaders and learners to contribute more … then you will want to encourage all population groups to learn and lead interactively.
14. learning can be fun then you will want to call on imagination as Einstein did when he pictured himself riding the curve of the arc.
15 change can be lonely … then you will want to accept the fact that some will criticize
16. colleagues will support your best ideas … surround yourself with those who believe in and use brain based practices to support mutual growth
