I'm a teacher, though I do not work for a firm, I think optimism is a very important factor for a man, quite apart from the development of a firm. Do you still remember the story of Walt Disney? He is such a optimistic guy and has big dreams. That is the main reason that Walt got a big win, I think. Yeah, everyone wants to be optimistic, but in fact how many of us can? According to me, though we can not be successful like Walt, we should learn to be optimistic just like him. That's the point, I think.
