vel idea is to act vulnerability to beliefs on both sides. Through enthusiasm … the brain releases serotonin … a chemical that increases solutions, cooperation and adds well being beyond frustration that can deluge pioneers.
Enthusiasm’s magic creates the sunshine that allows human brains to adapt to change. It stems the flow of cortisol that causes people to lash out… strike back… or give up….
Enthusiasm spark mental chemicals and opens access to a wider mix of intelligences … so you find yourself surpassing mistakes and piling on creative solutions that lead your innovations forward.

I think enthusiasm is vital for an organization. And you're right about the benefits. But I find we also need some of those pessimists around, especially when we're deciding on whether to undertake a high risk activity.
