For successful entrepreneurs … bitter roots of anger can become the stem of incredible answers. Have you seen anger recycled into action? To merely manage anger is far too passive for successful leaders with a vision for the future where they work.
Entrepreneurs at the cutting edges tend to recycle anger in ways that add brainpower to improve their situation. Recycled anger tends to ripple out to meet others who struggle. So what makes you angry?
Martin Luther King transformed anger into rallies for equity.
Mahatma Gandhi converted anger into food for the poor
Sidney Poitier shifted anger’s gears into award winning acting that elevated honor and people
Oprah changed anger into support for a politician who’d champion humans.
Bill and Melinda Gates followed anger into schools and gave millions of dollars to improve learning for oppressed students.
Rotarian leaders transformed anger into polio shots that eliminated this disease in developing countries.
Rather than manage anger … wouldn’t you rather create a solution to the problem that triggered frustration in the first place?
Most would agree, that today’s workplace is often unjust. It tends to stomp the powerless under its heels.
Successful entrepreneurs are poised to extend humanity to other humans … as they build positive outlets from injustices they face. The roots of anger can often become the stem of answers than many only dream of advancing. Have you seen it happen?
