I wanted the Kindle to read the many dozens of ebooks in the PDF format that I have accumulated (and don't want to print).
Unfortunately, the Kindle cannot read the PDF format without conversion.
When Amazon fixes the Kindle so I can read PDFs with it, I will be a buyer.
