More and more misconceptions though … are replaced recently by mounting research evidence … that human brains are fearfully and wonderfully made.
85% water … the additional 15% of human brains contain the most complex mechanisms in the universe. Not much good to own the brilliance of Einstein 
… though … if you slow down your brain to the speed of a slug. How does it happen?

I am always struck by the lack of acknowledgment of multiple intelligences within organizations. This is what individual giftedness is all about.
The "War for Talent" is actually the "Lack of Seeing and Acknowledging Multiple Intelligences".
