If people realized their brain’s full potential … they’d likely be more apt to help it along.
More and more misconceptions though … are replaced recently by mounting research evidence … that human brains are fearfully and wonderfully made.
85% water … the additional 15% of human brains contain the most complex mechanisms in the universe. Not much good to own the brilliance of Einstein
… though … if you slow down your brain to the speed of a slug. How does it happen?
5 warning signs suggest your brain’s headed over a slippery hill and needs help!
1. You tell yourself or others … you already know all you need to know on the job!
2. You draw from few of your multiple intelligences – while competitors use all eight.
3. You slip into temper, negativity or cynicism as regular reactions to stress.
4. You vent about workplace problems but rarely toss out any creative solutions.
5. You neglect time and space to play… question… laugh … or risk!
Luckily … research shows how to rejuvenate your brain daily … at least until the day you decide to pack it in! Does that change your plans any for tomorrow … or this week?

Thanks for the reminder, Ellen.
I am always struck by the lack of acknowledgment of multiple intelligences within organizations. This is what individual giftedness is all about.
The "War for Talent" is actually the "Lack of Seeing and Acknowledging Multiple Intelligences".
