In workplaces that thrive – the opposite of judgment is a jazzy solution. Why so? Instead of an emphasis on the problem … people who come with solutions look to create a winning process. Have you seen it? ![]()
It’s much the same as … medicine that improves health … in contrast to malady naming that adds stress.
How does it work?
When wisdom come with ways to make it happen – the gizmos offered can spike a workplace.
It’s actually quite simple…
1. See spelling errors pop up in posts … and send an email that describes how to use spell check
2. Hear racist cracks at work and invite people of different cultures to help you respond with a new model for respect and inclusion they could live with at work.
3. Taste bland food in your cafeteria … and offer chefs a favorite recipe for their cache.
4. Observe shoddy components in a project and offer a reward for competitive performance.
5. Face negativity at work by laughing at yourself and restore positive possibilities for others.
What antidote to judgment could boost your business?
