Not necessarily … if you agree that a higher focus on details makes up for slower work. Yikes! This tradeoff still sounds a bit scary if you incrementally reduce mental speed over time. Do you agree?

The question left to be answered in further studies is this…. Does a slower brain wave help or hurt a person’s mental and physical health?
Or could the tradeoff of deeper focus benefit people more than loss of speed… for meeting multiple demands of modern fast paced workplace? Not sure… but it’s one to follow. What do you think?










I am a 30 year old male bipolar schizo affective. through years of therapy and personal time mental work with my wife and i, a possible answer that is being reached is an excessively quick brain is a mentally ill one. to make an extremely long story short, try moving your hands in front of your chest in a circular motion. at a reasonable pace the motion looks like a well moving motor. speed the pace up as fast as you can and that motor is no longer efficient...the circle is out of order, etc. the latter is an example of the mentally ill brain.
