About 3 months ago I had a call from an editor and writer, Christina Tudino, at SELF Magazine.
Christina wanted an interview about how the brain can help people to get more done on Monday.
Christina’s thought was that we tend to feel the slumps on Monday and SELF magazine hoped to help readers to “whip their work ethic back into shape after a lazy weekend.”
She was correct about the slump on Monday problem ... and a wonderful chat on followed for tactics to tackle it at work.
Then today I read the resulting article in SELF … titled - Get More Done on Mondays... on page 101. There are two cool sections with ideas about how to wire your brain in ways that help you think faster on your feet.
It seemed very generous to me that Christina would repay me the honor of naming the MITA International Brain Based Center which I direct here in
Funny thing is that Christina’s thoughtfulness started off my own busy Monday today with a fresh bouquet of serotonin. Hopefully your Monday went well too SELF writers.

SELF Magazine tapped the right person to find great strategies to put more zip into Mondays and get past the blahs! Congrats to you, Ellen.
