Wow - Today I had two great surprises in my email box when I opened the computer. That’s because Brain Based Business won two major awards today.
1. One of Top 10 Emerging Influential Blogs at Quasi Fictional Fine Art of Blogging.
2. The “Distinguished Author” award for its articles posted and community it draws.
It’s really about the community here at Brain Based Business – and I mean that with my whole heart. I’ve enjoyed this blog – in spite of my crazy schedule because I work for the best network in town at Know More Media, and because you come by often to exchange ideas that teach us all!
Thanks – it’s really our award and I feel proud to display it here for us all! Blogs can make a difference and here is 5 ways that I want Brain Based Business to make a difference in the coming year.
1. Model excellence in ideas about the brain that can benefit business for each of you.
2, Create tone that allows for civility so that we can differ and at the same time, learn from one another.
3. Laugh together in ways that promote good will and hand us courage to face hard places we all meet in a day.
4. Build good friends and better relationships as my Rotary Club suggests weekly.
5. Lead with passion and purpose and in ways that enable others and holds crown over all our heads while we enjoy the challenge of growing our brains into what they could become.
That’s it and thanks to the Publisher at Best Management Articles -- Ismael Tabije – for the reminder that we can do well together when we take another step forward toward the excellence of growing leadership and relationships!

Dr. Weber,
Congratulations on your awards. I think that in time the number of blogs will make it even more difficult to find those that have great value. Such recognition means you are gaining that recognition.
I enjoy your thoughts and comments.
Thanks for sharing.
