This is a very useful post.
There are times that my head tends to be a little groggy in the morning. Maybe because of my lack of sleep and the stress that I have experienced the day before.
I usually jumpstart my brain by eating a good set of nutritional foods (just like what you said). And of course, a glass of fresh juice really helps in this too.
