Brain Based Business is proud to host MITA Millionaire Bloggers - a weekly celebration of bloggers’ unique talents, and inspired sketches. You’ll find a goldmine from millionaire bloggers this week…
Featured under MITA’s five brain based entry points last week were…
1. David Maister over at Passion, People and Principles
2. Kenneth David at Manage Your Writing
3. Dave Schoof at Engaging the Disquiet
4. Chris Brown at Relationship Marketing Builds Bridges.
5. Jim Walton over at Black in Business
Hat’s off to this week’s MITA Millionaire Blogger (5) list:
1. Question – Alex Yeo over at SelfHelpSpot asked … Who has not put off a chore for a future date? Alex offers a few dead on tactics to help us stop spinning wheels of procrastination and to head forward with new gusto. I am especially intrigued with Alex’s mental responses ... toward jogging the brain out of its normal slippage. Thanks for the must-read post Alex!
2. Target - Claire over at My Best Life blogged our way into becoming better clients with 10 amazing tips. I especially appreciated Claire's notion that people tend to work harder when they sense they are valued as part of the team. Hmmmm … imagine the repercussions at the ordinary workplace if we put this brain based target into action for a day.
3. Expect – Linda Zdanowicz over at Exceptional Dental Practice Management identified new pathways to wonder and possibility within each encounter. Check out Linda’s YouTube and you’ll agree that Linda offers an amazing illustration for those who expect mutual benefits in richer business relationships.
4. Move - Leo over at Zen Habits moves multiple intelligences into action through Zen practices to live healthier, laugh more, give back, relax daily, work smarter and lead successfully, Not bad for one web site – but I’ve seen evidences of all 8 intelligences engaged again and again. Thanks for sharing wisdom through moving human resources into action, Leo.
5. Reflect – Curt Rosengren at HappyRant helped me to reflect on the movie Freedom Writers, after just seeing it last night. Along with an amazing reflection, Curt also pointed readers to the Freedom Writers Foundation website where I read the students' attitude that I saw in that incredible story: "...on our first day of high school, we had only three things in common: we hated school, we hated our teacher, and we hated each other."
As Curt pointed out … “The movie follows the transformation from students who have given up to students who care about the future and care about each other.”
Freedom Writers sings and steps to new melodies through my work today, since I know and deeply respect Kimberlee Morrison, one of the original Freedom Writers, and currently an editorial assistant at Know More Media, I was thrilled to see this reflection after viewing the movie. Thanks for saying it like a pro, Curt!
