Eliot Spitzer Asked for Grade After 100 Days in Office

There are 5 questions I’d like to ask Gov. Eliot Spitzer before I grade his keen efforts to improve the Rochester NY region’s economy.

1. How will you continue to find courage to stand against leadership corruption that taints New York’s economy?

2. What specific criteria qualifies firms to find your support and how will you measure their growth potential to keep that support? 8952493-8952499-slarge.jpg

3. What quality alternatives have you considered for the area’s broken learning and assessment systems at secondary schools in our area?

4. What risks will you take to create more economic progress, and who will you invite to help?

5. How will you encourage industries to look past Rochester’s broken systems, sluggish bureaucratic structures, and Hebbian hobos – in favor of rejuvenation?

Until now, we've had costs well beyond other parts of the country, and leaders who've helped themselves more than helped the state.

If Eliot Spitzer answers these questions we’d see his suggested solutions in a light that could guide us past corruption and poor decisions.

The answers to these questions also impact my grade at least ... for the progress that could well be in the pike for NY. At least I hope so.
