As I listened to a cool conversation between Robyn McMaster and Anna Farmery today, I saw negativity as more of a choice than as a given. Hmmmm....
In Robyn’s post … Negative Environments - What Leaders Can Do - Podcast Part II … she asked … “Ever wonder how brain chemicals affect peoples reactions at work? “
How would you answer?
Anna Farmery, at The Engaging Brand, asked and Robyn answered with useful tips to avoid negative toxins, in Part II of the Podcasts on Negativity....
Did you know, for instance, that negativity effects peoples' health?
Robyn and Anna hit on the physical work space and its effects too. How, for instance, does Seasonal Affective Disorder effect the brain and what can people do about it?
In their conversation, Robyn and Anna discuss new and useful tactics that successful leaders use to turn negative work cultures around --
In fact I found tips to prevent negativity from occurring in the first place, as I listened in on a great conversation on-line.
The talk inspired me to check out again Negativity Part I Podcast... and now I am ready for the next nip of negativity that finds its way into my day. Should be a good one here at the MITA Brain Based Center! How about you?

I have met a lot of people who simply say No to almost everything. I can hardly make them take a move. Either sitting the whole day doing nothing, thinking nothing. They are as hard as steel. No word can enter their mind to motivate them to do a thing. There are certain people who hardly open their mouth to say what they want. No message, No idea at all.
