Anyone else out there like to start the day with a good question based on what you do?
In answer to one cool question today … Steve Roesler over at All Things
Workplace told the moving story of a CEO that others nudged into that lead because of who he was. Check out Steve’s client’s fascinating journey and pick up a few tidbits for yours.
Steve’s question? … "Who Do I Want to Become?" as opposed to the question … "What Do I Want to Be?" See any growth possibilities here? How would you answer Steve?
My own question today needs to spice up a little hot cider here in frigid
Makes me wonder … What are you curious about today that could add a little zip to our work?

Ellen, Steve has a great post on his site. A person with well-being has much to give to others. And this is why many people look up to them, they have integrity, they care, they're givers rather than takers, they have vision, they're faithful just to name a few. No wonder such a person was selected as a leader.
