1. Question to see what people do well and what roles they imagine.
2. Target to make ongoing improvements toward a shared goal
3. Expect quality outcomes aligned to a clear rubric which shows details
4. Move resources into action by linking people’s multiple intelligences to targets
5. Reflect after each meeting … “Where to from here?" .. and then set vibrant agenda for next session
Can you see a committee come alive, enjoy the journey and add more talent to the mix by this MITA approach to rejuvenating committee meetings?
