Two reasons people run from change both involve the human brain.
A person departs from comfortable routines more when the right ingredients for a healthy brain enter the transformation mix…
In contrast, when neural reserves decrease… people tend to resist change.
Think about it….
1. People who pay attention to good blood flow ... do so in daily exercise that increases circulation to the brain. They also kick-start their brain’s readiness to open, vary and adjust for adventure … when the time is right.
2. People who build a healthy neural reserve through dietary fats and oils ... such as nuts, olive oil and salmon ... also fuel neuron cell membranes. You could say, they prime new neuron pathways for mental stimulation ... a harbinger for renewal.
Behind every change where people win over indifference, is another synchronized electrical leap to somewhere transformational. In the field of neurons ... it starts where the cerebellum swaps information for adventure.
Do you run from change?

I guess that the main point is to have much blood flowing through the brain for better blood circulation. I think that's what mind enhancer drugs do to be effective.
