
Each time I glace at CNN.Com newscasts or hear persistent problems, lately, I find myself wondering what it’d be like to rewire our brains for the opposite of doom and despair.
What would it take to …![]()
1, Exchange today’s greed and violence that deeply divides us – for a few simple acts of kindness that Hal Halladay described in his post, Kindness Creates Unity for Leaders.
2. Pass over criticism of others and instead pop a few useful ideas their way as Easton Ellsworth does in his blog tipping roundups.
3. Locate something to promote in people’s work and then find a way to nudge them forward with encouragement the way Kimberlee Morrison does for many bloggers.
Could we flip to the opposite any of these traumas that pull us down daily, by simply engaging their opposites for a day? Could it begin the Marks of a Brain Based Peace Plan?
