Lasting change and ongoing improvements in any organization tend to connect to and presume sustained economic growth. That includes personal and collective economic growth in the most successful circles. Do you agree?
However you define profitability … economic consideration will impact ultimate human fulfillment in that productivity. Furthermore history has taught us repeatedly that successful economic benefits in free market societies, come from the bottom up rather than from top leaders down. 3. Trust people’s multiple intelligence performances to build stronger profitability and then encourage that to happen, by helping people to create links between their unique capabilities and sustainable finances.
