Peter Drucker commented that … "Every few hundred years throughout western history, a sharp transformation has occurred centered around a technological advance which causes the world to rearrange itself into one which is hardly recognizable compared to the former."
Have you noticed the most difficult part of change at your job - is figuring out if you should change at all? ![]()
It’s fascinating to work at with Brain Based Change Programs, because you learn what works and what flops on a daily basis.
In the last five years, the United States lost almost 3 million jobs — the most in any five-year period since the Great Depression. Brain based discoveries – which come out weekly – offer hope and inspire new guidelines that add each of us to the equation of how to work out doable solutions to the constantly changing corporate landscape.
One two-footed question that might help your transformation… “How are you growing with the technological changes adopted by your workplace in the last month?” Are you an old sock – too old to change … or a problem solver who inspires improvements?
A positive answer to that question shows you are likely in sync with a progressive vision at the business you represent. Bravo, you are likely using unique parts of your brain to successfully navigate a changing course. Not an easy task – but one the human brain leaps to when given a chance to solve problems with new solutions for an era in change! What do you think?

I think that in this interconnected & interdependent world, the dimensions of change are not fixed. Time with support of technology is helping for evolution of new types of knowledge.
New problems with support of continuous support of evolved knowledge is bringing our world at very path. So synergy is our solution. I think that we are ready for it.
