Do you find it hard to organize ideas clearly for a talk … or plan bills for regular payments … or schedule daily opportunities for success …. Is there enough time for work and time for play in your week? The only hurdle holding some people back from the success and balance they crave and deserve … is organization. It does not need to be that way.
Did you know… for example… that you can teach your brain to sort details and create order … so that your brain’s hippocampus will work more in your favor? Think of it as improving your mental map…. Simply by focusing on what’s important to you. ![]()
Believe it or not … through an emphasis you choose … your brain develops a cool cognitive map to support your attention … and sharpens your hippocampus for the next day’s organization… Can you see why? Cognitive maps – allow your brain to take in some stuff and let the rest slide so to speak…. Have you noticed how organized people create priorities … and let lesser details slide.
With just a little help … or I should say focus… from you … your brain rewires easily for more organization. This brain development takes place deep within a limbic structure, the hippocampus. It’s far easier to gain organizational growth than most realize….
Ignore focus and you deny you’ll like stay disorganized. Worse still… if you damage your hippocampus… for instance … expect to suddenly get lost often … so that even a slight change of address … can leave you wandering the streets looking for “home.”
Ready to organize your day in a new way …? First focus on what you need to know and do, and then let your cognitive map do the rest for you. I list priority targets in the morning and then check each task off within the time frame you allocate for that completion. In that way my hippocampus helps me to get far more done … and still makes time to play or relax … a sharp step up from my younger deeply disorganized days. How about you…?

How can i do that? sometimes I feel desperated because of a hardwork day without seeing results. I think it is because i'm so disogarnized :(
do you have some steps to follow?
Thanks
