Benefiting at work from Brain Based Insights

I am intrigued by the way leaders like  Sabastian Schnieg's in his  post and photographs draws from nature at work.  Did you know that we each possess a naturalistic  intelligence, which can actually help to solve complex problems at work.

Here are a few tips to use more naturalistic intelligence at work this week …

1. Consider how a conservation expert could help your  business to grow in ways the competition has not used.

2. Look for ways that your firm is using environmentally strong practices and add those as a distinctive to your company’s offerings.

3. Show how nature and technology could work together to benefit your company’s vision by working with an expert in both fields.

Naturalistic intelligence is often left at the door when we walk into work in the morning. Not at the most successful firms who are using the best conservation practices to stand out as naturalistically intelligent organizations, though. Like LEEDS certified leaders, they see a stage upon which to build a futuristic theme for a better world. What do you think?
