
Do you have fats or proteins packed into your snack supplies at work today? I’ll bet you think I’m going to push for proteins here … and warn against fats…right? Not so….
In the past few years more and more focus is placed on foods and
well-being. In spite of that … many people are surprised to see how fats can lift or sink your mental progress. Part of the problem comes from the constant reminders we get to eat low fat foods … when this is not the complete story.

Your deep limbic needs fat as fuel to keep your brain in operation. It’s best to choose fats such as omega-3 fatty acids found in fish and it’s imperative to add lots of proteins which are the building blocks of neurotransmitters.
