What top values do you think keep a business at the peaks -- in ways that prosper an entire community and benefit the world?
Brian Johnson, Philosopher and CEO over at Zaadzbeta posted some interesting values in Our Ideology of Zaadz, Inc.. These values are rooted in Jim Collin's Built to Last: Successful Habits of Visionary Companies. And make up foundation’s to what Brian refers to as our plan.
The values at Zaadz are brain based in that each one represents how the human brain can give you more.
1. To inspire and empower people to live at their highest potential, discovering their highest truths, developing their greatest strengths, and getting (paid to) use them in the greatest service to the world.
2. To create an oasis –a sanctuary – where passionate human beings can connect, inspire and empower one another.
3. To create the world's greatest place to work, by paying generously and genuinely striving to help each individual discover and use their greatest strengths in the greatest service to the world.
4. To write new rules of how business should be done – acting with complete integrity, fearlessness, authenticity, transparency while doing the impossible.
5. To circulate trillions of dollars of wealth within the conscious community, accelerating the adoption of more conscious living which will have a direct tremendous effect on the well-being of our planet.
6. To integrate our success with our partners' success – as we grow, they grow (and vice versa)
7. To circulate wisdom from seekers, grassroots gurus, and global leaders, accelerating the evolution of the world's consciousness.
8. To create the most profitable, impactful, trusted company ever – giving our investors the best return they've ever seen. We'll sustain growth and profitability as the organization grows, and create a company that will endure into the twenty-second century.
Here are two I’d add to Brian’s….
9. To draw from a full range of intelligences and show the evidence of increased productivity that comes when more human brainpower is engaged. That means crafting strategies that solve problems with the human brain in mind.
10. To mix science and soul in ways that enrich both … for the benefit of entire communities. This value infers that we whistle while we work to make it happen.
Brain Based Business seems to be happening well over at Brian’s but when it’s part of the target it add its own riches to the million-dollar-mix. What do you think?
