Sound Fiscal Wisdom from the Richest Man in Babylon

1. Pay yourself first.

2. Make a budget and stick to it.

3. Build on your financial reserves by investing your money to obtain a steady income.

4. Diversity your investments.

5. Use your home as a source of positive cash flow.

6. Build a long-tern investment portfolio for the future.

7. Learn new skills that increase your ability to earn.

These are great tips … only if they are lived experiences. As a small business owner… I especially resonate with this list… and as a brain based business leader … I am glad to see an emphasis on new skills that can improve our financial situation … even well beyond the senior years….
