I outsourced a Bee Problem last week and I’m glad I did. There are some things we each do well … and … for other things … we call on experts. The key is to know the difference and … if you think like I do … when bees show up … outsourcing is a no-brainer…. Once you spot that first hummer circling your head… look for a naturalistic leader... like Kip at CWF. ![]()
When a bees’ nest the size of several footballs suddenly appeared in my first floor wall cupboards at the
Here are 7 Reason’s I’d run back to this Pest Management Firm with any pest management problems in future:
1. Service – When you call this company … you speak to a person… and you are able to discuss your problem with an expert within minutes. A plan is made and carried out – with the best service I’ve seen at any similar companies.
2. Research information – We were left with a book compiled by Kip’s company to show the background … sources … and safety of all
products used in this work. I was inspired to hear Kip's naturalistic intelligence and his vast experineces on topics of nature and safe use of pesticides.
3. Reliability – When Kip got caught in traffic … he phoned to say he’d arrive a bit later than planned. Then he came at the new time … and stayed until the job was well done.
4. Follow-through – A motto for this firm is ... “If they come back so do we.” Not a bad motto when you are dealing with what could be killer bees. And they really do follow through... I discovered later. The bee hive itself was not detected ... until hundreds of bees had been killed by Kip. We called to report its location in the wall – and he came back two days later to remove it.
5. Trustworthiness – Kip is interested in his community … in family … and in serving with excellence…. It comes out in his conversation and in his work! You have the sense you are supporting a community business – the way it should be but often is not.
6. Fair cost --- Kip’s price was a bit higher than his estimate over the phone …. And that can happen. Even though I told him how many bees were flying around down there I didn't stick around to count them .… Kip met hoardes of bees flying in the Center ... and they were starting to work through to rooms we were using that day. Yikes! It happens ... and when it does a price can rise a bit! But Kip's costs were detailed carefully ... and were more than fair for service he offered. ![]()
7. Ongoing programs -- Kip also does regular control programs ... and yet hopefully our next encounter will not involve the return of the killer bees ….
This licensed and insured company should grow and expand … because when bees take off after you ... there should be guys like Kip nearby to outsource the work. Excellent results in my case! Thanks Kip … let us know when your web site is up … so we can feature that site here too. You’ll have our business anytime!
By the way. do check out the terrific new CWF Pest Management Site - to see why I call Kip for management here at the Center.
