I was happy to learn that I’ve been appointed an official SOB by Liz Strauss over at Successful and Outstanding Bloggers. Liz touts the idea that a blogger should get recognition on Successful-Blog for “extending the conversation into the blogosphere–making the community larger, the dialogue bigger, all of us smarter, better and our businesses stronger." She keeps watch and finds amazing ways to encourage community building among thinkers of all sorts.
Thanks Liz!
What a lovely treat to check out Liz’s latest fun blogs and find a copy of the Brain Based Business logo there -- added to her fine list of Successful and Outstanding bloggers. While it’s an honor… it’s really Liz herself who understand how the real “strength of the blogosphere comes from relationships, interconnectedness, and community.” Thanks Liz for introducing me to others at your site who cover keen topics I care about -- from so many viewpoints… interests … and backgrounds.
One of my favorite parts of the blogging experience is to learn the many angles and views an issue can take ... all because of the fine tone ... modeled by Liz and other fine thinkers in this community. Tone that brings ideas together from opposite corners in extravagant arrangements. Perhaps … a new kind of dialogue really is emerging … one that shares ideas and builds from differences! Could a thoughtful blogging community begin to impact the divisive communication approaches too often used by current business and government leaders.
Yeah Liz! Thanks for teasing out a diverse community that makes us proud and empowered to be part of! Makes me glad to go back at the issues again today to see how new information about the brain could come to bear in ways that help that process!

Congrats.
