While they still do not know if any specific type of juice reduces risk… researchers plan to do further studies to narrow down the kinds of juices, to this promising possibility to help prevent Alzheimer's disease.
In the meantime… I plan to continue the practice of launching my own brain and my workday …. with a large glass of orange juice. I like to blend it with three teaspoons of tofu which gives it that milkshake texture. Some people throw in yogurt a banana or other fruit as well for a fresh fruit smoothie….
