Wow! I read a research report a few months ago on the success of some new breathing techniques for asthma but it didn't give much detail. Your blog post could be, quite literally, a lifesaver! I have asthma as did my mother, who died during an asthma attack when I was younger. I've always believed that just medicating ourselves up isn't the answer. I'm going to look into this and am so appreciative of you posting this info!
