“Quad Nets” proposes a new kind of artificial intelligence that uses 
devices other than computers. Chiefly presented through Images, the Quad Net approach integrates physics, neuroscience and psychology in primal forms, initially rudimentary, but suitable for unlimited development in size and complexity.”
Bob’s disclaimer is that he’s an amateur and that he has privately worked in these areas for many years. Unfortunately, he had not found any means of communication through status quo publications. Bob’s intention was to engage readers in the blogoshere who will provide him with the needed critical review.
