Last week a bunch of bees moved into the MITA International Brain Based Renewal Center and I almost moved out! They trickled up from the first floor on Monday ... dive-bombed us by Wednesday ... and took over new areas daily ... so that by Friday they flew at lights turned on ... determined to protect their turf. Yikes – the spunky Brain Based Center where we love to work normally … turned into the perfect setting for an Alfred Hitchcock Movie! 
Bees can be violent creatures! They’re like bullies in business!
In contrast … have you noticed how great art tends to balance the business brain and bring back meaning as well as beauty ... in settings that turn violent and bully-like?
Just before the bees took over my bottom floor … I’d read the best selling novel The Secret Life of Bees by Sue Monk Kidd. The story’s 
about three eccentric bee-keeping sisters. They keep readers mesmerized by their world of bees… honey … and the wonder that moms can pass on to daughters. Compelling in its portrayal of bees as part of a transcendent power of love.
Back to the violent bees who bullied us out and then settled in at the
I hired CWF Pest Management Services to spray the nest which had formed in my walls… and then they fogged the several hundreds of bees flying around on the bottom floor.
