1. Walk rather than drive a cart to increase the blood flow and oxygen to your brain
2. Tell yourself during a swing… “Put your head down and get stupid.” You block the benefits from your kinesthetic intelligence when you tell yourself too much during a swing. The key with this intelligence is to stop the self talk that come from another intelligence and simply stay in movement mode. This intelligence allows your arms and legs to do the right thing for the best swing – since it comes with it’s own memory.
3. Stretch and relax your body before you swing because it works more in your favor when you loosen up and depend more on motion that on mindsets about what works.
