One of the brain based business readers, a medical professional in Ireland
Would we be happier if we learnt to live in the "now', instead of constantly looking to the future?
And that deep question brought to mind Dr. William Hablitzel’s new
book … Dying was the Best Thing That Ever Happened to Me… which described how he’s learning more about life from those who face death … where doctors share lessons learned from patients.
In spite of it’s title, the book is filled with optimism and hope … but I should warn you it’s not light reading either.
In this book William addressed what Brain Based Business reader … Dr Olga Redmond-Stokes … put forward in the form of a question we all ask at one time or another, when he suggested:
“Life happens now and it can be lost in yesterday or misspent waiting for tomorrow”
How are you embracing those special moments that are happening today? Guess I was also wondering too… How would you have answered this question?
