Cultural harmony does not mean standardized patterns for everybody. Nor does inclusion suspend in similar bridges over all human formations. Yet unity in the midst of diversity leads to excellence in business. People tend to pull together when their talents are rewarded and they contribute more to the common quality – so productivity tends to rise.
