Have you ever wondered what creates the gaps between what we say and what we do?
How often have you walked away from a lecture or training session with high hopes of some new adventure based on what you heard … only to find life goes on without much change? ![]()
This brain's hurdle is the gap between what we hear or see and what we use or do. Nowhere might this problem show up more … than in a person’s inability to make use of new information to improve their output at work.
Gaps close between knowing and doing when we question possibilities by asking,
“What if….?” For example:
1. What if we use all the talents in this workplace for a common goal?
2. What if we jumpstarted our brains for business growth daily?
3. What if we become the business we want others to see in us?
Do you see how the mind springs into action when you ask … what if…? Can you see the gap closing between what people say they want and what they go after and get? How should your workplace finish the words…”what if…?” What would close the gap between what some say would be great and what others do that creates the gap…?
