I once asked a class of graduate students I taught to write a paper in thanks for something that left them especially grateful.... To my surprise several students commented they could not imagine any way to complete the assignment. Turned out they’d never ready written to thank anybody. How about you?
If you are like me … you get too busy at times … and when schedules swamp us… we tend to forget to thank people around us. At the moment … I am visiting my daughter and son-in-law in the ![]()
My gratitude comes especially from who these exceptional leaders are … what they do … and how they treat others.
1. Last week I showed up at my site to see the front page suddenly organized into a more aesthetically pleasing design. One of the Know More Media team quietly did the work without even announcing his new design. It made my day!
2. Lately there seems to be an increase of spam and the team disabled parts of the system, identified the problem, evaluated where the leaks were, and attempted to enable more of the trackback functions again. They work without showing frustrations they must feel when things don’t work out, and that fact gives me more patience when the system slows to a crawl.
3. The Know More Media team treats authors well – respects people’s take on pretty much everything – and often offer words of encouragement. They make their vision for a brighter future clear, and they invite ideas and creative input from all.
4. Confidence in what I write is bolstered because this leadership team I work for is ready to risk where authors go with their stories, and they seem to jump in and encourage good results whenever these appear. They also offer suggestions that help … and they do both with wit and wisdom.
5. Humility from this model leadership team seems allows them to laugh at themselves, encourage others and support the diverse efforts of many. Their faithful work behind the scenes and their keen skills for business growth we can all be proud of, separates the Know More Media crew, in my opinion.
For several weeks, I’d been grateful for the Know More Media team, and for the reasons listed above, I’ve wanted to simply shout THANKS! Who are you grateful for today?

Indeed, Ellen, there is a time for everything under the sun. It's sad that we often forget to make the time or take the time to do those things that are important, opting to do things that are merely urgent, easy and/or comfortable.
Allow me a moment to thank YOU for your continuous stream of heart and thought provoking content. I hope the folks at KMM know how privileged they are to have you on their team!
