More and more games and brain teasers are appearing on the market and these are often the collaborative efforts of scientists and business people. Try these mind busters and you'll see what I mean.
The idea in many games… such as Brain Age … is to reduce your brain’s age through mental exercise. If you buy into the growing
assumption that many of us have let our brains grow older than the rest of us… because of lack of use, you’ll be interested in the fun and challenge to turn that trend around. Do you agree?
With this new emphasis on cognitive gymnastics … more people are paying fairly good dollars to land a sharper mind. Here’s what they are paying for:
1. Nintendo’s Brain Age: which includes activities such as quickly solving simple math problems or counting people going in and out of a house simultaneously.
2. CyberLearning Technologies Smart Brain Games: which claim to improve focus, concentration, memory and learning skills in any person who plays these regular off-the-shelf video games.
These games are making serious inroads into our minds and our markets… Nintendo reported more than five million copies of brain games in alone. Let’s not forget though … that we can also do mental exercise at work – without paying extra. In fact, people who use their minds more at work are often paid extra for their innovations. What do you think?

Hi Ellen, I challenge you to get one of these Nintendo games. I sense you would enjoy giving your brain a challenge from your spatial intelligence in a very different way!
