Want to organize better? Do you see yourself finding time for fun or
exercise? Need a good friend for travel or laughter?
Once you decide what you want … you’ll want to change the way your brain is wired for it’s opposite…. there are a few things you can do first... to make sure it happens:
1. Assess your current situation, recognize hurdles (both in reality and in your self-talk), list positive solutions, and work toward using one solution at a time to change one habit that holds you back.
2. Identify an inner strength you have that could help you to make your solution stick.
3. Set realistic but measurable goals and jot down your progress daily. Reassess your growth every six weeks and make new changes where you see the need.
HANG IN and practice each new behavior until it becomes habit.

I love this idea - find out what you really want and recognize the way your brain is wired for its opposite! Any change in the way we've traditionally done things (or thought things) is going to take some time and effort to change, but in my experience, it's so worth it!
Thank you for this great information!
