I was delighted to find a leader's leader today in Lisa Haneberg. One reason is because Lisa values cultures around the world and seems to learn key lessons from places like Chile… as I love to do. Another
reason I was glad to find Lisa… is because she speaks to leaders as those who engage… fire up … and challenge the mental acumen of those around them…. You go Lisa!
We can all learn a great deal from your question and suggestions at “Should Leaders be More or Less Visible?: “And what about all those leadership incentives? How do you determine stock options and bonuses? Well, stock options ought not be tied to performance anyway and bonuses don't improve performance, so those functions are in need of reinvention even under the current, louder leadership model.”
I have one question, What one spark could fire us together away from the POWER and CONTROL that colors leadership where change collapses… and into what Lisa calls for … “a workplace engaged…on fire… and performing better than you could have imagined…? What do you think?
