You’d love “The Everything Blogging Book,” by Aliza Sherman Risdahl who claimed she was Online in the early 80s... and blogging in the early 90s. It’s special interest for me, lies in the way this author speaks in a language that less technical people like me can find answers in a more user-friendly manner.
It’s a real fire-side chat about the deeper parts of blogging as both art and science – the parts often missing in conventional blogging literature. If you’re interested in the way this book looks at blogging’s influence the nation and on business, but less interested in the html ese that leaves some of us rather cold.
It’s encouraging to see women speaking more into the blogging industry also, because that will likely add new categories at places like Digg that allow us to show angles of the same topics in different ways. Hopefully this book will illumine many more colors than are currently bouncing from the rainbows of blogging … because new colors tend to lead to new goldmines for those who find them. Thanks for leading the way, Aliza! You go girl!
