
In today’s Rochester Democrat and Chronicle, David Tyler, printed
more questions with uncertain answers from Xerox CEO Anne Mulcahy… to show the company’s challenge to change. Xerox recorded four years of profits now, but many say it was at the expense of people and good work ethics.
“This is about providing a foundation – that’s solid and really does provide the kind of stability and future for our people and our customers that I think they expect,” Anne said. She could have been speaking about the human brain's resistance to change when she added that while change is hard… rather than defend what’s old we have to embrace what’s coming…?
“If you say something … do it” Ann said. It was heartening to see that she added how extraordinarily difficult it was to do what you think is the right thing. If Ann is asking Xerox to do more of what they say… I’d like to hear more of what they are saying. What this giant firm has gained in its own profits it has lost in
