That’s changing in state of the art companies and more effective ways are being used to link ideas across disciplines so that smart people can solve problems together. Knowledge and skill sets can act in wonderful synchrony in the human brain whenever we use tactics such as multiple intelligences to tie them together at work. Based on the fact that we each possess varying degrees of intelligences in at least eight domains and in various mixes of acumen, it makes sense that workers use and develop more of what I call “smart skills” in the workplace. What do you think?
