If you were to describe your most creative trait in one word…what would that word be…?
Courage…..
Can you elaborate a bit, Heather?
Yes… in many real life situations … creativity requires a willingness to move outside of established boundaries and norms. It requires a person to push aside and move beyond the fears and doubts that come with new ideas, innovations and creative solutions. And it requires the belief and confidence that the application of innovative ideas and approaches will match or better existing practices.
Do you see creativity as the norm in your circles?
Despite the potential benefits, some people express reluctance to cultivate creativity in many situations. While each of us draws upon and utilizes creativity in situations unique to our own life experiences, many of us nurture and employ it "conditionally."
