Over at Bud Bilanich’s site today, I was reminded how good news spawns more good news --- it’s how the brain works. More on Great Service, told of Bud’s 12 year old BMW problem. The dealer who services the car didn’t have a body shop, but recommended New Concours Cars of Denver. Service included respect they felt from workers and owners, clean premises, good honest prices and quality work. What more can one ask?
Bud’s story really says it all. When we offer the kind of service he related here – we help other business leaders in the field too. Good customer service is good news to all firms in your field… because over time people gather facts about this good news and these facts lead to assumptions made about others in the field.
Think of how many good experiences it would take for our collective memory to say with confidence:
Car dealers put customers first!
Concours Cars of Denver just started a new trend and Bud passed the torch by telling us about it. That’s how brain based business prospers more people… simply by rewiring the brain more for what it was meant to do in the first place! Thanks Bud and New Concours Cars.

Ellen:
Thanks for your kind words, thanks for link, and thanks for the introduction to your very interesting blog.
Your comment "brain based business prospers more people… simply by rewiring the brain more for what it was meant to do in the first place!" is right on. I hadn't thought of it that way, but you are absolutely correct.
I've added your blog to my list of "must reads".
All the best,
