
Try saying these two opposite with meaning … the kind of meaning
that rings true….
Say the words … “I really hate the place where I work…”
And then in the same sentence … add… “nevertheless I am planning an innovative project at work for win-win benefits…. “
Do you see the disconnect? Wires in your brain for creativity differ from the wires for critique. So it’s your choice you either see and name problems … or you go on that that recognition… to suggest creative and innovative solutions.
Can you see meaning for your work from this brain fact? The secondary part of the statement sounds phony and does not appear to come from the “aha” parts of your brain that fire creative input.
When creative people hear politicians or managers complain about projects … they wonder what specifically these politicians would do differently…?
Have you wired your brain for a solution past that one problem that holds you back? It’s how the brain works in your favor – one small step toward a doable solutions trumps a mere complaint... especially when the chips are down. What do you think?
