To showcase your key strength is to survive and so it makes sense to identify, develop and celebrate your firm’s unique traits … Just think for a moment…about the value that comes from standing out from the pack. Leaders who expect to survive massive cutbacks or who hope to create the changes that can keep their companies alive at the cutting edges do it daily. … These are the visionaries, like my colleague John in Ireland… who poke around within their firm’s unique features … until they find currency in the form distinctives that can buy them new opportunities.
