
Which hand do you reach with first…? Seems that those who use both
hands pretty much equally for tasks such as writing a memo ... or turning a knob...probably also have brains that connect left and right hemispheres more....
People who use right or left hand preferences remember less from their earliest years. How about you...?
According to Lea Winerman… in Monitor on Psychology … your episodic memory operates from both left and right hemispheres. This all forms at about age 4 …long before you care much about the benefits it holds for later on at work…. It takes shape along with the corpus callosum …which connects the two sides of your brain. A stronger corpus callosum hands people more ability to use either hand. Think practice using both hands would bring back distant memories you could use…?
