
To stir creative insights, consider multiple intelligences to solve problems at work. How would each intelligence, bring new life in one area at work today?![]()
1). Musical response: From viewpoint and interest of a musician interested in vocal sound distinctions, lyrics, musical compositions, instrumental work, background music, cultural distinctives and so on.
2). Spatial response: From viewpoint and interest of an artist, sculptor or navigator interested in visual representations, graphs, geometric designs, diagrams, artistic displays, maps, sculpting and so on.
3). Linguistic response: From viewpoint and interest of a poet, speaker, writer or lawyer, interested in insights from verbal brainstorming, written words, debates, speeches, media reports and so on.
4). Mathematical or logical response: From viewpoint and interest of a mathematician or scientist, who cares about data analysis, logical sequencing of events, cause and effect, numeric or symbolic representation, problem solving stages, and so on.
5). Bodily-kinesthetic response: From viewpoint and interest of a gymnast, dancer, builder, or actor, who shows interest in movement, dance, role plays, constructed mock-ups, buildings, athletic projects and so on.
6). Interpersonal response: From viewpoint and interest of a panelist, teacher, salesperson, or politician who might show interest in team work, inter-cultural projects, inclusion, group problem-solving, pair sharing, cooperative efforts, and so on.
7). Intrapersonal response: From viewpoint and interest of a reflective or wise person who might show interest in creating daily journal entries, regular time spent alone, self-management, ethical issues, spiritual reflections, sole retreats, and so on.
8). Naturalistic response: From viewpoint and interest of an environmentalist, anthropologist, or farmer who cares about such things as crop-management, dairy farms, animal husbandry, oceanography, forestry, and so on.
